Q: What is the minimum order quantity to place orders?

A: We understand that different buyers may have a wide variety of diverse business and marketing ways. Thus, their needs and requirements may also differ from each other. For whatever order quantity they plan to place, big or small, we will try to assist them.

However, to keep the price at a competitive value, we suggest 1000 per style per color.

Q: What is your bulk production lead time?

A: On average, we can produce the 100,000 units of swimwear goods within 30-45days after you have confirmed and approved everything for bulk production, and not during the placement of orders.
Therefore, this also depends on the manufacturing season as well as volume quantity.

Q: Can you produce licensed brands?

A: In short, we do. However, please take note that we do not have the licenses of these brands. They are provided by our buyers upon placing their orders. This is a way to avoid additional costs and/or charges on our side, which may hinder the prices for our buyers.
Therefore, we would prefer our buyers to have the licenses themselves and only then we will be able to make for them.

Q: Are there other limitations towards your designs?

A: Other than licensed/registered logo and characters, there are no further limitations. With sufficient details provided by you, we can follow your designs, size measurements and labeling.
Alternatively, if you do not have your own swimwear collections, we can offer you designs of our own.

Q: Which payment method do you accept?

A: We accept T/T 30% down payment and 70% balance payment against B/L copy.
Another option would be L/C at sight. However, we may reconsider using other payment methods with our long term buyers.

Q: In case of sudden urgent changes during your holiday, how will we contact you?

A: We always have several staff to check our email everyday, even during holidays, in case of extremely urgent situations.
